Terms

Conditions

 - Deposit is payable with delivery of vehicle 
 - See rates for relevant amounts 
 - 2500km free of charge per month included in rental price,
   thereafter all additional km’s will be charged as per rates schedule
 - 500 kilometer from Cape Town breakdown service

Delivery

 - Free delivery to Cape Town International Airport and City Center
 - To other destinations per quotation

Required upon delivery of vehicle

 - Copy of drivers license
 - Copy of passport / ID
 - Payment of Deposit (cash / other currency – to be returned in same currency)
 - Payment of Rent (cash / Credit Card, charged @ 10% transaction)
 - Payment of extras (designated drivers / child seats etc. - cash / Credit Card,
   charged @ 10%   transaction)

Cancelations

 - MUST be received pre-collection by Hire A Car - this is subject to a minimum
   amount of R500 or 10% of the full contract amount.
 - There is NO REFUND for post departure cancellations / no shows.
